I was just thinking… I may never do another race at Tom Brown Park with the big hills. That’s kind of crazy. I’ve been riding and racing there since 1993 and this thought makes me sad.

Just when the US was starting to forget about Armstrong and begin racing MTB’s again he announces a comeback.

It’s no coincidence that MTB participation was at an all time low during Armstrong’s 7 year win streak and it’s no coincidence that in the last couple of years MTB numbers have begun growing again.

Goneriding just published some dates for the FSC and wouldn’t you know it, the Tallahassee FSC falls on the one weekend that I will be out of town. Big E’s side of the family scheduled a family trip to Lexington, KY for that weekend.

That’s a real bummer. I was really looking forward to it.
